“NOTICE OF POSSIBLE ENTITLEMENT TO INSURANCE PREMIUM REFUND”

If you bought credit insurance from American National Insurance Company (“ANICO”),  you paid a single up-front premium for that credit insurance.

In the event that you paid off or refinanced your loan prior to its maturity date, you may be due a refund of unearned premium. The unearned premium refund can be substantial. To obtain any unearned premium refund due you, please fax or mail to ANICO, your credit insurance company:

(1) a copy of this Notice, and

(2) some proof that your insured loan was paid off (such as a canceled check, or a copy of a document showing the loan was paid, or a letter from the lender showing the loan was paid.)
